At The Visiting Vet, we’re redefining veterinary care by bringing the clinic to your doorstep. Since our founding in December 2012, we have been committed to providing exceptional care for your beloved pets in the comfort and familiarity of their home environment. In October 2017, we expanded our services by opening a fully equipped clinic in Werribee, allowing us to perform advanced treatments and surgical procedures when necessary.
We understand that pets often mask their pain or discomfort, and traditional clinic visits can cause unnecessary stress and anxiety. A stressed pet may even hide symptoms, making it harder to diagnose their health concerns. By offering in-home care, we eliminate the anxiety associated with clinic visits while gaining valuable insights into your pet’s natural behaviors, sleeping arrangements, diet, and environment—factors that can play a significant role in their overall health. This comprehensive approach enables us to address issues such as disease, obesity, and skin conditions with greater precision.
Our mobile veterinary services are ideal for routine care such as vaccinations and health checks, as well as preventative care, disease management, blood work, follow-up care, palliative care, and end-of-life care. For families with multiple pets, we can arrange extended consultation times to ensure each of your furry friends receives personalized attention and care.
For situations where a clinic setting is required, our Werribee clinic is equipped to handle a variety of procedures, including dental care, desexing, lump removals, and other surgical needs. To make things even easier, we offer a pick-up and drop-off service, ensuring your pet’s care is seamless and stress-free.
